Ecapcity.com continues its trend of Vintage 1993 World Series Custom New Era Hats releases with this line up. They both feature the favored green under brims along with world series patchs to give you that look and feel as if it was 93 all over again.

The 1993 World Series was the 2nd Series in a row with games played in Canada and the 2nd Series to be won by a Canadian team. It was also the first and to this date, the only, World Series to be finished outside of the United States.

It featured the defending champion Toronto Blue Jays of the American League against the National League champion Philadelphia Phillies. With Toronto ahead 3 games to 2 in the Series, Joe Carter hit a game-winning three-run home run in the bottom of the 9th inning of Game 6 to win the series for Toronto, its 2nd consecutive championship and the first repeaters since the 1977-1978 New York Yankees.

This was  the first time where a come-from-behind walk off home run won a World Series.

We will be putting out again one of our fan favorite SF logo fitted hats. The 49ers color-way was by far the most in demand fitted by all our Giants supporters.  Celebrating their defeat over the Phillies we will be bringing it back. With Fall looming and Halloween right around the corner, that could only mean one thing Oktoberfest! Well that the MLB Playoffs are in full swing. This year there’s some surprises in the playoffs like the Cincinnati Reds and the Texas Rangers, then there’s the mainstays in the playoffs like the New York Yankees and Philadelphia Phillies. Its been an Interesting playoffs to say the least. In his first playoff game Roy Halladay of the Phillies pitched a No Hitter, only the 2nd time in playoff history. The New York Yankees are also looking to sweep the Minnesota Twins and the Texas Rangers also looking for the sweep upset against the Tampa Bay Rays. The San Francisco Giants were also able to slide into the playoffs and are now facing a strong Atlanta Braves team.
