The Miami Marlins, formerly known as the Florida Marlins, got more than a name change Friday night. The MLB team revealed new uniforms and a new logo for the upcoming baseball season during an unveiling ceremony.  Miami Marlins authentic on-field New Era fitted caps, all though this is not 100% legit confirmed it’s pretty certain that you will see this cap unveiled on November 11th when the transition to Miami becomes official. The city of LA has been great to ECAPCITY.com. The 1988-1998 Los Angeles Kings Custom New Era Fitted Hat has an all Black crown and a 3M Safari print brim. In 1998 the Arizona Diamondbacks were introduced to the MLB along with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays (that’s a story for another day). The D-backs are most notably known for their early success in winning a World Series in only their 4th season againest the evil empire known as the New York Yankees. The other most notably reason the DiamondBacks were popular in the late 90′s was their choice of loud colors and logos. The Montreal Expos were last seen in 2004. They were first introduced into the MLB as an expansion team in 1969 and were in Montreal until the 2004 season, where due to ownership issues and the MLB stepping in the team was moved to Washington D.C. and became the Washington Nationals. In 2003 the team celebrated their 35th season of existence with the patch shown above. Granted the team may not have worn the patch on their fitteds we feel at Ecapcity.com this is what it would’ve looked like if worn right.

The NHL is season is in full go. With that Comes the AHL season. Incase some of you didnt know the NHL teams has farm teams in the AHL, some of the teams logos go with the flow of the parent team. One example is this Albany Devils 59Fifty New Era Fitted Hat. Last season they were known as the Lowell Devils and with the franchise moving to Albany for this season came a logo change. The Fitted features the new “A” logo with devil accents on a all black fitted with a red visor and top. Now some teams don’t follow the trend of the parent team. This year the Springfield Falcons 59Fifty New Era Fitted Hat changed affiliates and became the AHL team of the Columbus Bluejackets the only difference was the team changed its team colors to Navy, Red and Silver to match their parent team.
